Capcom has released new details about its upcoming remake of Resident Evil 4 via a cover story for Game Informer.
Back in November, the publisher revealed that the game would have “barely any” quick-time events. Now, however, it has confirmed that it will do away with quick-time events altogether.
The publisher revealed that sidequests will be added to the game. The sidequests can be collected via blue flyers located throughout the game. Sidequests include puzzle-solving and tracking down enemies.
Game Informer’s story also confirms that the medallions from the original will return.
Knives will break after a certain amount of use will have to be replaced. This means you can store multiple knives in your inventory. Finally, Ashley will no longer have a health bar. Howeever, she can still die if she takes too much damage and is not revived in time.
Resident Evil 4 will be released on March 24 for consoles and PC.
